How a placement happens
Every candidate we put forward has been through the same process — so when someone arrives on shift, you already know they are qualified, vetted and right for the setting.
Register & verify
Candidates register with their experience, qualifications and right-to-work documents. We verify identity, references and DBS status before anyone goes forward — and for registered nurses, we confirm the NMC PIN and revalidation date against the register.
Match to the role
We match on skills, setting and availability — not just a keyword. A dementia-care specialist goes to a dementia setting; an RMN with current restraint training goes where that competency is needed.
Place & support
Temporary, permanent or contract — we confirm the placement, share compliance documents with the employer, and stay in touch with both sides throughout.
