Who we are

Dynamic Impact Limited ("we", "us") is a recruitment and training company registered in England & Wales (Company No. 13778529). We are registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under registration ZB295132 and act as a data controller for the personal data described below. What we collect and why

• Candidates: name, contact details, postcode, work history, qualifications, right-to-work confirmation and, later in the process, identity, reference and DBS information. We use this to register you, verify your suitability, and match and place you into roles. Our lawful bases are taking steps to enter a contract with you and our legitimate interest in operating a recruitment service.
• Clients and enquirers: your name, organisation and contact details, and the details of your staffing or training requirement, used to respond to and fulfil your enquiry.
• Website visitors: basic technical data needed to serve the site securely. We do not use advertising trackers.

Who we share it with

Candidate profiles are shared with prospective employers only as needed to arrange a placement. We use trusted service providers to run our website and store data securely, under contracts that protect your information. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Candidate records are kept while you are registered with us and for 2 years after our last meaningful contact, after which they are deleted or anonymised. Enquiry records are kept for 2 years. Where law or regulation requires longer retention — for example placement, contractual and payroll records, which we retain for 6 years — we keep only what is required.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal data, to object to processing based on legitimate interests, and to data portability. Security

Data submitted through this website is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in an access-controlled database. Access is limited to staff who need it to do their jobs.
